|Recommended: YesNew tenant — Construction is not too loud. The building hallways are really messy dirty because of the construction process. The workers are nice and keep to themselves.
The apartment staff have been really helpful with move-in. My unit had some issues when we moved in, and the office was quick to respond and get things fixed.

|Recommended: YesReview — For the most part it is a beautiful place to live yes true there are students that live on property but the running up and down the stairs is ridiculous and also the loud music,but overall I’m pleased I do wish that something could be done with the carpet in the hall way like at least washing it or shampooing it the odor is bad
