The staff in the leasing office have almost always been available for my roommates and me as were getting settled. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great downtown location.

|Recommended: YesNew move in — Constructions is going on so the hallways and stairwells aren’t super clean. But the staff is working hard to get this complete and is very friendly. My only concern is having a dog there is a lot of glass on the inside and outside. I get nervous with her stepping and getting it in her paw. Also parking is not convenient. You have to pay for parking if you want to have any availability but there isn’t much parking anywhere near where you’re living if you’re in the middle or on the top floor. But what got me to this apartment is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. They did everything to ensure that I would have a good move in.

|Recommended: NoDisappointed - Hope it gets better — Was very excited to move into this facility when we viewed the apartment. Found out the day 3 30 to be exact before we moved in that there were specific move in times. Already had the moving truck ready to go to head out first thing in the morning. Would have been nice to have earlier communication that there would be specific move in times. Once we moved in everything seemed good until the AC went out, the dishwasher doesn't work, refrigerator didn't work, and countless other items. Understand that they had a lot of move-ins on the same day but we are now on day 14 after move-in and multiple things are still not working. The refrig was replaced two days after move in but after having to call the after hours maintenance number inquiring when it would be replaced so the kids could get groceries. The AC was finally working this past Tuesday after multiple calls to maintenance and the front office. Dishwasher still doesn't work along with other items on our check list. However, I do see the full rent is ready to post on the first. Very frustrating

I will say however the building is under new ownership and the renovations have caused the grounds cleanliness to be very poor around the building and the hallways but the staff is working very hard to insure the best living conditions possible.

|Recommended: NoDon’t work with you — Went to move in and the apartment was trashed the old renters stuff was still in there and it had not been cleaned after we had been told they had done several walk throughs of the apartment to make sure it was good to go. The dishwasher didn’t work, the toilet didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, the paint was chipping off the walls, the bathroom and closet doors don’t shut. We put in several work orders and a week had gone by and they still were not addressed. They didn’t do anything to compensate for their mistakes, just told us things happen.

|Recommended: YesNew tenant — Construction is not too loud. The building hallways are really messy dirty because of the construction process. The workers are nice and keep to themselves. The apartment staff have been really helpful with move-in. My unit had some issues when we moved in, and the office was quick to respond and get things fixed.
